Gymmie’s social side exists for one reason: training alongside people you actually know is more sustainable than training alone. Everything here follows from that.
What this place is
- Friends, not followers. There are no follower counts and no algorithmic ranking.
- Finishing a workout is the post. Nothing needs to be manufactured.
- Encouragement over comparison. A fist-bump on someone’s worst session matters more than one on their best.
What gets you removed
- Harassment, bullying, or hate of any kind.
- Sexually explicit or violent content.
- Spam, scams, or selling things.
- Impersonating someone else.
- Content promoting disordered eating or dangerous weight-cutting.
If you see something
Tap the ••• on any post, comment, or profile to report or block. Blocking takes effect immediately and works both ways — you stop seeing them, and they stop seeing you. Reports reach a human, and we act on them; content may be hidden while we look.
If someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first. We can remove a post; we cannot send help.
