By creating a Gymmie account you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Gymmie.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself.
• One person per account. Do not impersonate anyone.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

Gymmie has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post, send, or share content that is:

• harassing, threatening, hateful, or targeted at someone because of who they are;
• sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise obscene;
• spam, scams, or unsolicited promotion;
• impersonating another person;
• illegal, or encouraging others to break the law.

Anyone can report content or a user from inside the app, and can block another user at any time. Reports are reviewed and acted on — content may be hidden and accounts removed, without notice, at our discretion. Repeat or serious violations mean losing your account.

Your content is yours

You keep ownership of everything you log and post. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your data, and to show what you have explicitly shared to the people you have shared it with. We do not use your content to train models or sell to anyone.

Gymmie is not medical advice

Gymmie records the training you tell it about and does arithmetic on it. It is not a coach, a physiotherapist, or a doctor. Suggested weights, estimated one-rep maxes, and any other numbers are informational only. Lifting is inherently risky. Consult a qualified professional before starting a program, and stop if something hurts. You train at your own risk.

Availability

We try to keep Gymmie working and your data safe, and the app is built to keep logging even with no signal. That said, the service is provided “as is”, without warranties, and we are not liable for lost data or interrupted service to the extent the law allows. Keep your own export if your history matters to you — you can download it from the web app at any time.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, which removes your data permanently. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.
